Bridal wedding illustration front and back.

Full length bridal wedding illustration featuring the full front and back of your gown, with exquisite detailing. Hand drawn to order by Jennifer Pritchard, a leading bridal gown designer. Drawn using both graphite pencil and coloured pencil. A perfect personal bridal present – we can even work from images at a fitting if needed for the big day itself. Also our sketches make the ideal anniversary gift – year one is paper after all! Happy to personalise with date, name or special message.

We send a proof mid-way through, to ensure all our clients are 100% happy before final colouring and shading. 

All illustrations are drawn on premium quality A4 acid free Daler Rowney 220gsm Heavyweight paper.

The price of the illustration includes an A3 mount. Framing is available as an optional extra.

Our illustrations are mailed in a robust cardboard mailer and are gift wrapped in tissue paper and a ribbon tie.

Framing:
Optional framing is available at £20. This is for a traditional white frame, with thin bevel edge, mount and front protection in plastic. Please add to cart as a separate item.

Optional Extras:

Optional extra’s such as adding an illustration of the bouquet, can be added into the sketch at an additional cost. Please email me at [email protected] to discuss your exact requirements.

Brides name / Date of wedding / Special note:

If you would like the name of the bride, date of the wedding or a short special note handwritten at the base of the illustration, we can do this free of charge. Just let us know by leaving a note in the order comments box at checkout or email me at [email protected] after ordering.

Sending Reference Imagery:

Once you have placed your order, email [email protected] any reference photographs you have for us to base the illustration on, along with your order number.

When emailing your photographs of your dress, please remember that the more information and detail we have, the better! So please feel free to send as much information and as many detailed pictures as possible.

Bridal wedding illustration – the perfect anniversary gift!

The traditional first wedding anniversary gift should be made from paper. What better gift than a bespoke, one of a kind illustration of your partners bridal gown. Meticulously drawn in pencil and lightly shaded, the illustration is drawn to your own brief. Choose from both front and back, or just the front. We also offer a simpler line drawn version, with less detail such as facial likeness. All are drawn in a fashion illustration style.

The paper tradition dates back to Victorian times. A first year gift of love, and a first year anniversary of happiness. The first historical theory is that paper represents a blank page. The blank page ready to be filled with a memories.

Paper also represents the humble beginnings of a marriage. Less money, and maybe a more modest home, a  simple start to a life together.

Paper also signifies writing! Writing your future together. Paper comes  from the natural world, created from trees. This is also an interesting concept that paper represents natural growth of your relationship. Paper is all showing your early declaration of love, for your first wedding anniversary celebration.

All of my sketches are mailed in secure packaging, gift wrapped in tissue and bubble wrapped for secure delivery. I also ensure they are mailed using a tracked service.
